As result of these regulations, an organization was drawn to arrange the functions of Jordan Civil Aviation Authority (JCAA). Several annexes, documents and articles were put to be the guidance materials to control this industry as a result of ICAO council recommendations for its members. Functions and Activities: The primary aim of Flight Safety Department (F.S.D.) is to fly safely, by applying the international laws, regulations and articles. This aim will be achieved by putting the plan to be followed by the directorate:
Organization: There was a demand to organize the F.S.D. to insure proper workflow, and suitable execution of its duties and responsibilities. This organization is extracted from ICAO standards, formulated and updated by the Jordanian experts, so as to agree with JCAA requirements and needs with the available Jordanian operators and agencies.
